Gaming Labs International (GLI) has acquired all outstanding shares in Trisigma, a global gaming testing, inspection, certification, and auditing laboratory servicing both online and land-based regulated gaming clients.

According to the announcement, Trisigma will continue to operate its network of testing laboratories independently while coordinating its efforts with GLI’s larger sales, operations, and back-office staff globally. The arrangement allows Trisigma’s clients to continue to receive services from Trisigma while earning access to GLI’s global network of laboratories and relationships with regulators worldwide.

Esther Ballart will continue to lead and manage both the Trisigma Geldermalsen Netherlands and Trisigma Barcelona Spain offices, according to a press statement from GLI.

James R. Maida, GLI President and CEO, said: “Trisigma will continue to carry the Trisigma brand and continue to operate as it has for the past 14 years, now bolstered by the strength of GLI’s global network.

We are pleased that Esther Ballart will continue as Managing Director, and that all Trisigma teams will continue to operate and be licensed in the jurisdictions in which they work. My thanks to Rob Hubregtse and Frank Otte for their years of excellent leadership and service to Trisigma.”

For his part, Frank Otte, Owner of Trisigma, commented: “Trisigma achieved an excellent position in the world of gaming testing in the last 14 years since Rob and I founded the company. We enjoyed the leadership, the people, and the customer relations, and we are proud that Trisigma can access the next level with accelerated growth and strengthen its position worldwide.

“While Trisigma has achieved great success independently over the past many years, with the GLI Group’s support, we are confident that growth will be enhanced and thereby benefit our people and customers.”
