Derek Stevens, the owner of Circa Resort & Casino, has reached out to Freddy, a trending soccer influencer, offering to fly him to Las Vegas. While Freddy himself has yet to respond, the invitation quickly went viral.
“Hey, Freddy, How Does This Sound?”
Freddy (@FreddyLA7 on X/Twitter) is a famous German soccer fan, known for his passion for the sport and love for American culture. Now traveling to the US for the World Cup, Freddy became popular due to his posts related to the tournament and the country as a whole.
Freddy, who previously had 11,000 followers, has seen his follower count skyrocket to 671,000 in mere weeks. With him being one of the hot topics of the soccer community, Circa Resorts & Casino’s owner, Derek Stevens, decided to use the opportunity and invite him to visit Las Vegas, too.
Stevens tagged Freddy on X, telling him that “no trip to the States is legit without a trip to Las Vegas.” However, Stevens went a bit further and offered to take Freddy there and have him participate in the World Cup watch party at Circa.
I’ll send the @CircaLasVegas jet to pick you & friends up in OKC to attend our @USMNT Watch Party @stadiumswim.

While Freddy didn’t immediately respond to the invitation, Stevens’ post went viral.
Stevens’s Biggest, Craziest Tweet Ever
Freddy had yet to confirm whether he and his friends were interested in the offer. However, the invitation went viral, attracting some 2.2 million views as of the time of this writing.
Stevens later told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he was amazed by the fact, saying that this has been his “biggest, craziest tweet ever.” He was also surprised by Freddy’s popularity, saying that it is as if the whole world wants to know about him.
In his interview with the news outlet, Stevens said that if Freddy does reach out to him and his team, the Circa family will be sending a limo to the private airport to pick him up.
In the meantime, Freddy’s viral posts continue. One of his latest posts saw him praise the hospitality in Texas, calling it “something else.”
