
Regulated Italian brand NetWin.it has selected Fast Track’s CRM, Rewards and Greco solutions to manage player engagement across its Italian online casino and sports betting operations.
The partnership strengthens Fast Track’s footprint in the Italian market by bringing its CRM, Rewards and Greco products together in a single deployment. NetWin.it is part of RB Holding, a gaming group with more than 70 years of industry experience, and operates an ADM-licensed online casino and sportsbook offering a wide range of products, including slots, live casino, sports betting and traditional Italian card games.
By leveraging Fast Track’s unified real-time customer model, NetWin.it will be able to manage player engagement, gamification initiatives, loyalty programs, and gameplay-driven bonus strategies from a single integrated platform.
The deployment also includes Fast Track AI, which features natural-language interaction and agentic workflow capabilities. The technology enables operators to engage with the platform conversationally while delegating end-to-end CRM processes and player engagement tasks to AI-powered agents.
