Leading iGaming content provider and aggregator Relax Gaming has launched a new arcade-style game called Money Plane. As the title suggests, this is a game that’s all about taking off with an airplane and landing richer.
The Winnings Take Off
Relax Gaming’s new title comes amid a growing demand for airplane-themed titles. Instead of making Money Plane a crash game where players either win or lose, the provider has created a new arcade-style experience that is much more nuanced.
In Money Plane, players wager on an airplane that takes off from a platform located on a train. While in the skies, the airplane navigates a saturated airspace filled with aerial mines, value symbols, multipliers, and special power-ups. Each value and multiplier symbol provides the plane with a boost, allowing it to stay in the air for longer. Mines, on the other hand, slash the current multiplier in two.
While getting a high multiplier is exciting, Money Plane is not only about taking of, but also about landing in style. In order to secure a payout, players have to land the plane safely on another wagon platform. In case the plane crashes, the bet is lost. As long as players land the plane, they will receive the payout indicated by the current multiplier, even if it results in a lower sum than the bet.
Power-Ups Spice Up the Gameplay
The Money Plane experience is spiced up by four special features – Payer, Sniper, Collector, and Necromancer. After players collect any of these features, they need to charge it by hitting four objects. When they do, the power-up goes off.
The Payer feature increases nearby multiplier symbols, while the Sniper doubles a nearby target. Collector automatically collects the nearest multiplier and Necromancer transforms a mine into a value or multiplier.
Players can adjust their risk appetite by choosing the volatility of the game and, by extension, the top payout. When they do, the atmosphere of the game also changes – starting with a Wild West theme for the low volatility level and becoming increasingly futuristic with higher levels.
Players can also unlock a golden plane skin during the course of the game.
Tony O’Mahony, chief product officer at Relax Gaming, commented on the new release, which comes shortly before the planned launch of Money Train 5. Taking place in the same universe, Money Plane is an opportunity for Relax Gaming to explore new styles of gaming.
