This summer, the Venetian Resort Las Vegas offered more than $16 million in guarantees in its 2026 Venetian DeepStack Championship, which was comprised of 121 numbered events that ran from May 21 through August 2.
The series is now in the books, and PokerNews crunched the numbers!
As a whole, the series catered to a combined 28,595 entries (not including satellites) and awarded a staggering $22,947,285 in prize money. They also honored $233,375 in overlays for what it’s worth.
Here’s a look at some of the bigger winners from the series.
Three Titles for Adel Kabbani
The Venetian Summer DeepStacks Championship proved fruitful for France’s Adel Kabbani, who hit a turkey by claiming three titles!
The first came on June 6 when he topped a field of 92 runners to win Event #38: $600 NLH Bounty for $8,286. Ten days later, he navigated a 134-entry field to win Event #53: $600 NLH Bounty for $7,880, and then a month later on July 15, he bested a 179-entry field to win Event #93: $250 NLH Bounty for $6,478.
Kabbani wasn’t the only player to win multiple titles. On June 12, San Diego’s Richard Kent topped a 119-entry field to win Event #46: $600 NLH Bounty for $10,049, and then on July 17, he bested an 89-entry field to win Event #97: $250 NLH Bounty for $3,883 and a second title.
Two New MSPT Champs
Two big tournaments on the schedule were a pair of MSPT Main Events – an $1,100 buy-in from July 11-14 and a $1,600 buy-in from July 15-19 – that both offer $1 million guarantees.
The first attracted 1,495 entries and saw Florida native Peter Walsworth take it down for $168,494 after a heads-up deal with Dimitrios Anastasakis.
In the latter, 2023 WSOP Main Event third-place finisher Adam Walton topped an 878-entry field to win the MSPT $1,600 Heart Poker Championship for $185,966.
“It’s definitely up there,” Walton said when asked where this win ranks in his poker accolades. “This is one of the bigger wins of my career, so it’s definitely special and pretty exciting to say the least.”

Justin Arnwine Claims Victory
One of the last tournaments of the series was Event #108: $600 No-Limit Hold’em, which surpassed its $150K guarantee by attracting 307 runners. That generated a $155,035 prize pool that was reserved for the top 40 finishers.
Among the familiar names to cash were Judy Bielan (36th – $1,201), Stan Lee (22nd – $1,469), Jeremy Becker (20th – $1,644), Benjamin Palmer (14th – $1,880), and Ryan Tosoc (5th – $8,563).
In the end, the final two players struck a deal that saw Bobby Poe finish in second place for $24,043, while popular poker pro Justin Arnwine, known for his Hello Kitty affinity, claimed the title and $25,048 in prize money.
