High Roller advances expansion into U.S. prediction markets

High Roller Technologies is advancing toward its planned expansion into regulated U.S. prediction markets through an agreement with Crypto.com | Derivatives North America. The shift follows a second-quarter revenue drop of 52% year-on-year to $2.8 million as the company exited certain online casino markets, now turning its focus to US prediction markets.

Net revenue fell to $2.8 million for the three months ended 30 June, down from $5.8 million a year earlier. The company attributed the decline to its exit from certain online casino markets, a more focused marketing strategy, and increased organisational emphasis on prediction markets.

Operating expenses fell 23% to $5.3 million from $6.9 million, driven mainly by lower direct operating costs and advertising and promotion expenses.

Despite the lower expenses, High Roller posted a $2.5 million operating loss, compared with a $1.1 million loss in the second quarter of 2025. The company ended June with $18 million in cash and cash equivalents, $0.5 million in restricted cash, and $29.6 million in stockholders’ equity.

High Roller said it is advancing plans to launch a US event-based prediction markets offering through an agreement with Crypto.com | Derivatives North America.

Under the agreement, High Roller plans to operate as a Guaranteed Introducing Broker and provide access to CDNA event contracts covering finance, sports, and entertainment through its ROLR platform.

“The second quarter was, above all, about doing the work,” said Seth Young, Chief Executive Officer of High Roller Technologies. “Our focus this quarter was building, with coordinated execution across product, technology, compliance, and operations, to advance the ROLR platform toward commercial readiness.”

ROLR US LLC was approved as a member of the National Futures Association and registered as a Guaranteed Introducing Broker. Its introducing broker operations will be guaranteed by OG Markets US, doing business as Crypto.com FCM.

The company has also signed marketing agreements with Lines.com, Forever Network, and Leverage Game Media to support customer acquisition and brand awareness ahead of the planned launch.

High Roller has engaged a Big Four consultancy for licensing and regulatory work and appointed Nicholis Muller as head of applied AI. The role will focus on compliance automation, product personalisation, customer engagement and internal development.

The company also established ROLR as its consumer-facing prediction markets brand and acquired ROLR.com.

In addition, it launched an eight-week Free-To-Trade Prediction Challenge with more than $100,000 in guaranteed cash prizes and giveaways, as well as a potential $25 million grand prize for successful qualifiers.

High Roller said the prediction markets sector could reach significant scale by the end of the decade. Macquarie estimates annual trading volume could reach about $1.5 trillion by 2030, while Bernstein forecasts approximately $1 trillion.

The company was also added to the Russell Microcap Index following the 2026 Russell US Indexes annual reconstitution.

“We remain focused on disciplined execution as we advance the ROLR platform toward commercial launch,” Young said.
