Another bracelet has been awarded in the 2026 WSOP Online at GGPoker, and it is Ilia Arkhipov who was its recipient. The Belarus-based Russia sat down on Day 2 with the chip lead, and rode that momentum to an outright victory worth $371,793. He also received a $30,000 Super Pass to the 2026 WSOP Paradise Super Main Event and his first WSOP bracelet.
Arkhipov took down Event #8: $5,000 6-Handed NLH Championship, a tournament that saw its 466-strong field reduced to only eight hopefuls on Day 1. Those eight players returned to action on the evening of August 26 to finish the tournament and secure the largest share of the $2,213,500 prize pool.

Joseph Cheong started Day 2 as the shortest stack, and he ultimately finished in eighth place. Cheong took home $40,867, while his elimination set the official final table.
The two Brazilians who advanced to the final table, Edilson Junior and Daniel Da Silva, were the next two stars sent to the showers. Da Silva’s exit left only five players in the hunt for the title, with each of the quintet now guaranteed more than $100,000 for their efforts.
Malaysian ace Wai Kiat Lee, a grinder with $26.8 million in live cashes, fell in fifth for $112,598 before Mikita Badziakouski crashed and burned in fourth, a finish good for $151,783.
GGPoker 2026 WSOP Online Mini Main Event Awards Its Champion $750K
Third place and $204,605 went to Vlad Martynenko of Ukraine. Martynenko is predominantly an online tournament specialist who won an online bracelet at GGPoker in 2021 in the $1,500 Fifty Stack.
Arkhipov and Yulian Bogdanov faced off one-on-one for the title and the largest share of the spoils. The heads-up battle went Arkhipov’s way, which resigned Bogdanov to a $275,809 consolation prize while simultaneously locking in a career-best $371,793 and a WSOP bracelet for the champion.

The 2026 WSOP Online continues up to September 29, and there is plenty of action still to come.
At 7:00 p.m. BST on August 27, Day 1 of Event #9: $600 Super Six 6-Handed NLH shuffles up and deals. Entrants start with 25,000 chips and play to a 15-minute clock, with blinds starting at 50/100/12a.
This is a progressive knockout tournament in which players receive at least $140 for each opponent they send to the sidelines. Day 1 concludes after the 30th level or when only seven players remain, whichever comes first. Day 2 then springs into life at 7:00 p.m. BST on August 28, ending when one player has all the chips in play.
Several other bracelet-awarding events see Day 1s run on August 27. They are the $1,500 Millionaire Maker at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. BST, and the $250 Mystery Millions at 2:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m., and 11:30 p.m. BST.
It is not only bracelet events taking place between now and September 29, but also dozens of side events under the WSOP Online umbrella. These come with buy-ins starting at an affordable $15 and increasing to $10,000.
