A court judgment regarding casino credit from a 2021 trip to the Bahamas has ordered Kroy Biermann to pay more than $64,000.

The former NFL player’s financial dispute involves Sky Warrior, which manages casino credit at Baha Mar. Court records showed the company received a judgment in its favor for the unpaid gambling balance, plus interest and legal expenses.
During a November 2021 visit to Baha Mar, Biermann was issued a $100,000 credit line in a Bahamian casino. The lawsuit said he used $52,500 of that facility for casino chip markers.
The money was never paid back after the trip and Sky Warrior pursued the former footballer through the courts. The company originally filed its lawsuit in 2023.
The judgment awarded Sky Warrior $52,500, plus additional attorneys’ fees and costs, bringing the total to more than $64,000. The judgment awarded $11,927.35 for legal expenses, plus interest on the outstanding balance.
The fight eventually went through several jurisdictions and ended up in Georgia, where Biermann lives. Reports say Sky Warrior has been seeking to have the judgment recognized in the state after pursuing the case elsewhere.
The post-judgment order was served on Biermann at his Georgia home on August 28. The order now creates a court-mandated financial obligation for the former professional athlete tied to the casino credit.
