An Illinois Lottery player has much to be happy about, as they won a six-figure prize from the FastPlay Cash Castle game on Thursday, September 24. The lottery confirmed the news and the sum of the win – a whopping $913,372, which will prove a life-changing prize for the winner once they step forward to claim the award.
FastPlay Games Continue to Produce Winners in Illinois
The player used the iLottery to secure the $30 ticket for the game and found out, moments later, that they had indeed won. The $30 game can fetch some pretty staggering prizes, with players so far in 2026 having purchased more than 14.5 million winning FastPlay tickets – not just for Cash Castle – and having won more than $330 million as a result.
The lottery did not offer details as to who the winner was, as they may not yet know. However, the Illinois Lottery has plenty to offer players anyway, including 39 FastPlay games available readily on the website, which can be accessed via the official lottery app.
This is not the only recent win from the lottery, however, with two players winning a jackpot on September 12 from the Lucky Day Lotto’s midday drawing. Both players won $200,000 at the time, with tickets sold in Crete and Rochelle.
More Jackpots Claimed Across Illinois
On Labor Day Weekend, another player ended up winning $550,000 through a ticket sold in Saint Charles, and a $100,000 online win was similarly realised on the same day. Not least, another $200,000 ticket was sold in Chicago.
