Foxwoods reports $34.1M in August slot revenue

Foxwoods Resort Casino reported $34.1 million in slot revenue for August 2026, generating an $8.53 million direct payment to the State of Connecticut under the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s slot revenue contribution agreement.

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has contributed more than $4.9 billion of Foxwoods’ slot revenue to Connecticut’s budget fund since 1993.

Foxwoods guests won more than $21 million in jackpots during August, with 3,106 jackpots awarded across the casino floor.

The casino also continued its SummerFest promotions throughout the month, including entries for the Winner Take All $300,000 SummerFest Sweepstakes, double Rewards Points and Tier Credits on Mondays, and more than 100 gift options during Play Thursdays. Additional gaming events included Bingo Unleashed on Aug. 1.

In August, Foxwoods also opened an Innovation Zone in The Fox Tower, bringing together slot machines, electronic games and table-game concepts. Foxwoods said the dedicated area is the first of its kind outside Las Vegas and is designed to complement the casino’s traditional gaming floor with newer formats and interactive technology.

The zone features games from Interblock, ATI, IGT and Light & Wonder, including electronic table games and poker variants. Foxwoods said additional games and experiences will be added in the coming weeks and months as part of its efforts to expand its gaming offering.
