HIPTHER has opened its call for speakers for the inaugural HIPTHER AI Summit 2027, scheduled for March 25 at OREA Hotel Andels Praha. The event will also feature a dedicated startup competition offering a €40,000 investment to the winning company.
The summit will focus exclusively on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, bringing together technology developers, investors, researchers, policymakers, and industry executives.
The summit will extend HIPTHER’s annual Prague gathering to three days, following the HIPTHER Prague Summit on March 23–24, 2027. The existing conference will continue to cover gaming, fintech, payments, regulation, compliance, technology, and business, while the additional day will focus on AI development, deployment, governance, and digital security.
Applications for the HIPTHER AI & Cybersecurity Startup Challenge 2027 will open November 16, 2026, and close January 31, 2027. An eligibility review and jury evaluation in February will determine the top 20 applicants, who will advance to online semifinals in March. Eight finalists will then compete through live pitches at the Prague summit on March 25.
An expert jury will assess participating companies on their technology, business models, market opportunities, teams, and founders’ ability to respond to questioning. The overall winner will receive a €40,000 investment, while participants will have opportunities to engage with investors, potential customers, industry specialists, and prospective business partners.
The full investment structure, eligibility criteria, evaluation framework, and competition rules will be published when applications open. The competition will accept early-stage AI and cybersecurity companies from Europe and other markets.
The summit will operate across three parallel environments, combining conference discussions, startup presentations, and professional training. Its main stage will feature panel discussions, keynote presentations, regulatory sessions, case studies, and technical discussions covering AI strategy, machine learning, infrastructure, governance, cybersecurity, and policy. A second stage will host the inaugural Startup Challenge, connecting participating companies with investors, technology executives, operators, and industry experts.
A separate HIPTHER Academy room will provide four practitioner-led courses focused on practical AI and cybersecurity applications. Enrollment and course topics will be announced separately, with attendance limited.
The conference agenda will address generative AI, large language models, AI agents, applied AI, AI-native software development, enterprise adoption, developer tools, infrastructure, and AI-driven automation.
Cybersecurity discussions will cover threat intelligence, security operations centers, fraud detection, anti-money laundering, ransomware, incident response, Zero Trust security, and protection requirements for regulated industries. Regulatory discussions will include the EU AI Act, alongside emerging research into AI and cybersecurity.
The program will examine how organizations can generate measurable value from AI while managing associated security vulnerabilities, regulatory obligations, and governance requirements.
Zoltan Tündik, HIPTHER’s Co-Founder & Head of Business, said: “The conversation around artificial intelligence has evolved rapidly from theoretical potential to real-world deployment, governance, and security.”
“We built the HIPTHER AI Summit to cut through the noise and create a focused space where the builders, security experts, and innovators shaping this next era can connect directly with investors and industry leaders. By pairing our rigorous agenda with the €40,000 Startup Challenge, we are actively putting builders on stage and providing the capital and platform they need to scale.”
The event is expected to attract participants from Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics, the Balkans, the D-A-CH region, and other international markets. Its intended audience includes AI founders, developers, researchers, chief technology officers, chief information security officers, cybersecurity specialists, investors, and policymakers.
Holding the two summits consecutively at the same Prague venue will also allow international delegates to attend discussions spanning gaming, financial technology, regulatory affairs, AI, and cybersecurity during a single visit.
HIPTHER is currently accepting speaker proposals from researchers, founders, engineers, academics, executives, cybersecurity specialists, policymakers, and other practitioners with relevant technical expertise or industry experience.
Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are also available to organizations operating in AI, cybersecurity, cloud services, infrastructure, developer technologies, enterprise software, investment, and related technology sectors.
