BC Game has appointed Ali “Ako” Muhanned as Chief Executive Officer, placing him in a public leadership role after years of involvement in the online casino and sports betting platform’s brand strategy, international partnerships, and development.
Ako will lead the company’s next phase of development, focusing on player trust, platform improvements, and international growth. The appointment builds on his work across the business, which he said he has been involved in since its early years.
“Much of my work has happened behind the scenes, working with our people, developing relationships and helping shape where BC Game goes next,” he said. “Now I want our community to have a more direct connection with me and a clearer understanding of what we’re building.”
“It has always been about thinking beyond the next campaign or announcement,” Ako continued. “It’s about making decisions we can stand behind, building a strong team and delivering an experience that gives players a reason to stay with us.”
As CEO, Ako plans to make player feedback a more direct part of the company’s service improvements. He is introducing monthly live sessions to answer player questions and discuss business priorities, a dedicated escalation channel for unresolved player issues, and regular public progress reports on concerns raised by users.
“Trust isn’t built by announcements. It’s built by what happens when something goes wrong,” Ako said. “If an issue keeps coming up, I want to understand why and what we’re doing about it. Players deserve clear answers, proper follow-through and a company that takes their experience seriously.”
BC Game will also focus on improving its casino and sports betting services, strengthening international partnerships and expanding into new markets. Community engagement, entertainment, service quality, and responsible gaming will remain part of its priorities.
“We have a clear ambition for BC Game, and I want our players and our team to understand where we’re going,” Ako said. “My responsibility is to turn that ambition into consistent progress in the product, in how we respond to problems and in the standards we set across the business.”
Players can connect with Ako on X and Instagram via @akofocus to provide feedback and join community discussions. Account-related issues should be directed to BC Game’s official support channels, with details of the new escalation process to be released through the company’s official platforms.
Ako will hold his first live session on 7 November 2026 at Gosh.com/akofocus, with the exact time to be announced closer to the date.
