Pragmatic Play has expanded its live casino partnership with Rank Group by introducing Smart Studio technology across several of the operator’s table games. The deployment covers Blackjack, Roulette, Auto Roulette and Auto Speed Roulette, giving Rank customised versions of titles within the provider’s live casino portfolio.
The announcement marks another stage in the companies’ commercial relationship. Pragmatic Play said Smart Studio allows operators to apply their own branding to live tables, feature promotional material and shape the visual presentation of gaming sessions. The company’s social media post highlighted the addition of the solution to some of Rank’s most popular tables.
Smart Studio Adds Branded Live Tables
The new tables use green screen technology to support different visual environments. Through this setup, Rank can incorporate its preferred branding into the live casino experience, highlight promotions or create customised settings for players.
The provider’s announcement describes the system as a way for operators to tailor the on-screen environment around their own identity and campaigns.
The rollout spans four formats. Blackjack and Roulette join the operator’s live offering alongside Auto Roulette and Auto Speed Roulette. The announcement did not specify the number of tables being introduced or provide a timetable for their availability.
Sharon McHugh, Director of Public Relations at Pragmatic Play, said: “We are delighted to further our relationship with Rank with the launch of several Smart Studio tables encompassing some of our most popular live casino games. We have an exceptionally strong working relationship, so look forward to another exciting product launch together.”
Latest Step In The Rank Partnership
The Smart Studio deployment follows another joint release involving the two companies. Pragmatic Play recently launched Mecca Big Bass Double Dab exclusively for Rank’s Mecca Bingo brand. The latest announcement adds a live casino rollout to that earlier exclusive game launch.
Tom Orton, Director of Content at Rank, said the solution combines product capabilities with flexibility for the operator. He added: “Pragmatic Play’s Smart Studio solution stands apart, giving us the perfect mix of exceptional product capability and flexibility. It adds a dynamic range of live dealer titles to our offering, while giving us the opportunity to deliver unique customisation to our products.”
Orton’s comments highlight the customisation element behind Rank’s adoption of the tables. The technology allows the operator to adapt the presentation of selected live dealer games while retaining the game formats named in the announcement.
Focus On Operator Customisation
For Pragmatic Play, the launch extends the use of Smart Studio within an established operator relationship. The company is supplying the four named table products with the solution integrated into each, while Rank gains additional branded live casino content.
Neither company disclosed commercial terms or further technical specifications. The announcement focuses on the games included in the deployment and the visual options Smart Studio makes available to operators.
The companies have presented the rollout as part of their continuing cooperation, following the exclusive Mecca Big Bass Double Dab release. The new tables add Smart Studio-powered versions of familiar live casino formats to Rank’s offering, with branding and promotional customisation central to the launch.
