International Game Technology (IGT) has announced that its Wheel of Fortune and Powerbucks slots awarded were four million-dollar-plus jackpots in January.
Lucky slots players won the following million-dollar-plus jackpots last month:
- On January 5, a Wheel of Fortune slots player won $1,149,236 playing Wheel of Fortune Diamond Spins Triple Double Stars at the new Fontainebleau Las Vegas casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- On January 6, an online Powerbucks slots player won CA$1,000,000 ($742,035) playing Powerbucks Gong Xi Fa Cai in British Columbia, Canada.
- On January 12, a Powerbucks slots player won CA$1,277,689 ($948,156) playing Powerbucks Gong Xi Fa Cai Grand at Salon de Jeux de Québec in Québec, Canada.
- On January 26th, an online Powerbucks slots player won CA$1,097,946 ($814,771) playing Powerbucks Artic Gems in Ontario, Canada.
The company noted that IGT Powerbucks slots have paid 55 jackpots of $1 million or more since their Canadian debut in 2016. Meanwhile, Wheel of Fortune slots have minted over 1,100 millionaires and awarded over $3.5 billion in jackpots since their launch in 1996.
Earlier this month, IGT announced that it was recognized with top honors in two award programs held in conjunction with ICE London: the International Gaming Awards and the European Casino Awards.
