Turnkey solutions provider Soft2Bet showcased its iGaming expertise at the Canadian Gaming Summit 2024, held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from June 18-20. The company celebrated its recent Ontario license acquisition at the summit, while executive Martin Collins took the stage to moderate an expert panel on omnichannel innovation.

The event, organized by SBC in collaboration with the Canadian Gaming Association (CGA), brought together over 3,000 delegates from gaming and sports betting companies for three days of networking, learning, and exploring business opportunities.

Soft2Bet’s Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), Martin Collins, moderated a panel titled Transforming the Land-Based Brand: Omnichannel Tech and Innovation. The discussion featured industry leaders including Michael Brady, Chair of Bede Gaming; Stewart Groumoutis, Director of Digital Strategy at BCLC; Phil Chatterton, VP of Sales & Partnerships at Comm100; Harrison Barrett, Business Development Director at GiG; and Yaniv Komemi, CEO of MTGG.

The discussion centered on how the land-based casino industry is adapting to the rise of online competitors by embracing omnichannel customer experiences. Highlighting transformative technologies and marketing strategies, the panel examined how traditional casinos can leverage omnichannel innovation to enhance customer engagement and remain competitive.

Reflecting on the event, Martin Collins stated: “Just months after securing our Ontario gaming license, it was the perfect opportunity to participate in the Canadian Gaming Summit and discuss the future of our industry.

The shift to omnichannel experiences is not just a trend but a necessary evolution for land-based casinos to stay relevant and thrive. At Soft2Bet, we are committed to driving innovation and supporting our partners in navigating this transformation.”

In addition to the panel discussion, Soft2Bet executives networked with industry leaders, regulators, and potential partners, as the company seeks to expand its footprint in the North American market ahead of upcoming launches in New Jersey and Mexico.

Earlier in the month, Yogonet held an exclusive interview with Martin Collins on the company’s plans for the North American market and the role Soft2Bet’s MEGA gamification tool is set to play in this roadmap.

“Soft2Bet’s MEGA gamification solution has the potential to revolutionize the U.S. iGaming landscape,” Collins told Yogonet. You can revisit the interview here.
