888poker LIVE Heads to Barcelona For Third Leg of the 2026 Tour

After successful trips to Madrid and Glasgow, 888poker LIVE is setting sail for Barcelona for the third leg of its 2026 tour. 888poker LIVE Barcelona takes place at the Casino Barcelona from May 14-24. Its schedule includes an €888 buy-in Main Event that last year saw a prize pool of more than €350,000.

Barcelona is a popular poker destination. Not only is Barcelona an excellent city to explore, but the tournament start times also allow visitors to fully enjoy themselves while in the Catalan capital. Most of the biggest 888poker LIVE Barcelona events start between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. CEST, as you can see in the table below.

888poker LIVE Barcelona Schedule

888poker LIVE Barcelona explodes into action at 5:00 p.m. CEST on May 14 with the first of five flights in the €220 No-Limit Hold’em Opening Event. The reigning champion of this tournament is Eleazar Lazo, who took home €11,130 of the €94,490 prize pool in 2025.

During and after the Opening Event, players heading to Casino Barcelona can compete in tournaments named after popular 888poker online events. These include the €165 NLHE Rumble 6-Max, the €115 NLHE Mini Shot, and the €330 NLHE Big Shot; the latter was won by 888poker ambassador Lucia Navarro for €9,860 last year.

Two huge events are sure to capture the imagination of those in Barcelona. The first is the €1,500 NLHE High Roller, which runs from May 19-20. A prize pool of €75,615 was collected at the last 888poker LIVE event in Barcelona. Sergi Escote claimed €25,000 of that sum.

The €888 Main Event is the other major event, and the one that everyone heading to Barcelona has firmly in their sights. In 2025, 459 players bought in, creating a €356,255 prize pool. Pau Coronado came out on top and turned his €888 investment into an impressive €70,000.
