theScore Bet will bring its Blue Jays Jersey Swap event to Edmonton and Calgary this July to mark this week’s launch in Alberta.
The event allows fans to exchange an old sports jersey for a new Toronto Blue Jays jersey, featuring the club’s 50th season patch, in exchange for a minimum $30 donation to Jays Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the Toronto Blue Jays. Proceeds will support the foundation’s youth baseball programs.
Jays Care has invested more than $1.2 million through its granting program to build and refurbish baseball diamonds in 10 Alberta communities.

Mark Ditmars, Vice President of Partnerships for the Toronto Blue Jays, said the event celebrates two milestones: theScore Bet’s Alberta launch and the Blue Jays’ 50th season.

In addition to the jersey exchange, attendees will be able to watch Blue Jays games live during the event while enjoying light refreshments, giveaways, and other fan activities.
The Jersey Swap will take place in Edmonton at LAST, located at 10242 106 Street, on July 22 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and July 23 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The Calgary event will be held at The Princeton, 1202 1 Street SW, on July 25 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and July 26 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Donated jerseys must be in fair condition. Participants are limited to one Blue Jays jersey each, available while supplies last. A minimum $30 donation to Jays Care Foundation is required, and participants must be 18 years of age or older.
