SOFTSWISS held the first edition of Tech Race Summit in Warsaw on September 10, drawing approximately 1,500 technology and iGaming professionals to a sold-out event.
The conference set out to address scaling, security and artificial intelligence challenges common to high-load industries.
Representatives of more than 25 iGaming companies attended alongside speakers from outside the gambling sector. The program included more than 40 speakers across three stages — Vision, Solution and Experiment — with 17 partners taking part.

SOFTSWISS details internal AI development process
SOFTSWISS used the summit to present its internal approach to AI-assisted software development.
llia Slepau, Software Architect at SOFTSWISS, described an internal Orchestrator built to coordinate AI agents throughout the development process while validation and approval remain with human teams, in a session titled “From Idea to Verified Change: Rethinking the SDLC with AI.”
“We are grateful to every partner, speaker, and attendee who helped make Tech Race Summit happen. What was especially rewarding was seeing how many conversations continued between the sessions – people were meeting, exchanging experiences, discussing ideas, and finding common ground,” said Sergey Kastsukevich, CTO at SOFTSWISS.
“This is exactly what we wanted Tech Race to create. I hope those connections prove valuable long after the event itself, and I look forward to welcoming everyone back to Warsaw next year,” Kastsukevich added.
Tech Race Summit was launched to give technology a dedicated place in an iGaming event calendar typically centered on commercial growth and regulation.
The debut edition paired iGaming experience with expertise from companies working in AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, high-load systems and global digital products. Following the sold-out first edition, organizers confirmed the summit will return to Warsaw in 2027.
