RedCore CEO Marina Ilina named to SiGMA Hall of Game

Marina Ilina, CEO and Founder of RedCore, a business group focused on developing and implementing solutions for digital markets, has been inducted into the SiGMA Hall of Game. The award was presented on 2 November at the SiGMA Awards in Rome on the opening night of SiGMA World 2026.

Presented as part of the conference, the Hall of Game recognises individuals whose leadership, vision and influence have shaped the gaming and technology sectors over the long term.

The Hall of Game brings together government ministers, policymakers, legal experts, regulators and industry leaders who have played a decisive role in the development of the industry. Their work has advanced regulatory frameworks, shaped policy and strengthened industry standards, supporting the sector’s growth across global markets.

Marina Ilina has more than a decade of experience in the industry. As founder of RedCore, she has brought together six brands across iGaming, FinTech, RegTech and MarTech, with 5,000 specialists working with the group’s brands worldwide. Under her leadership, RedCore also invests in new projects and teams, acting as a strategic partner for their growth.

Regulatory technology is a separate focus of her work. Marina Ilina advises the governments of several countries on iGaming regulation and helps build dialogue between the industry and government institutions.

Her previous recognitions include Leader of the Year and CEO of the Year awards, as well as a place on Forbes’ Top 20 Women in Tech list.
