RG24seven launches frontline casino AML training amid heightened regulatory scrutiny

RG24seven Virtual Training, a BMM Innovation Group company, has introduced RG-FRONTLINE, a standalone Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training program built specifically for frontline casino employees.

Presented by AML experts from the gaming industry, the video-based training takes less than 20 minutes to complete with knowledge checks, and helps employees recognize potential red flags, understand their responsibilities, and know when to escalate concerns.

Under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), commonly known in gaming as Title 31, casinos must maintain AML programs that include training personnel to identify unusual or suspicious transactions. The casino-specific regulation, 31 CFR § 1021.210, expressly includes employee training.

RG-FRONTLINE ensures operators put that requirement into practice with focused instruction employees can apply during their next shift.

“Is your property in compliance with federal AML regulations for training frontline staff? Do your employees know how to escalate an AML risk on the casino floor? These gaps in training can expose properties to regulatory penalties,” said Wendy Anderson, CEO of RG24seven. “RG-FRONTLINE provides practical AML guidance that operators can reinforce with their own property procedures and reporting protocols.”

In 2025 alone, four major Las Vegas Strip operators incurred combined Nevada regulatory fines of $32.3 million for AML failures. Those penalties underscore why compliance must extend beyond written policies and completed training records, said RG24Seven.

“In line with RG24seven’s mission to make industry training accessible, RG-FRONTLINE is available through free and low-cost options for Tribal and commercial operators, regulators, and gaming commissions,” Anderson added.
