bet365 launches sports betting in Indiana, its eighth state in the US

Sports betting giant bet365 has officially entered the Indiana market. This expansion marks the eighth state in the US where the operator has established a presence, following launches in Kentucky, Louisiana, Virginia, Ohio, New Jersey, Iowa, and Colorado. The launch in Indiana is in partnership with the French Lick Resort.

“New and eligible sports fans in the Hoosier State, renowned for their passion and loyalty, can enjoy the bet365 experience featuring market-leading offerings like amazing Bet Boosts, the fastest In-Game product and unique Same Game Parlays.”

Sports bettors in Indiana can register at the new bet365 website. New and eligible bet365 customers aged 21+ can select from one of two introductory customer offers:

  • First Bet Safety Net of $2000 in Bonus Bets. 
  • Bet $5 Get $150 in Bonus Bets. 

bet365 thus joins a growing market that has been delivering impressive figures as of late. Indiana reported $50.6 million in adjusted gross revenue for December, a new monthly record for the Hoosier State. Meanwhile, handle fell just short of a new all-time high at $503.1 million. Ameristar Casino and partner DraftKings are the current market leaders, having generated $19.3 million in revenue from $179.8 million in bets back in December.

Indiana lawmakers are currently exploring the possibility of launching statewide online gaming, a service that bet365 offers in other markets where allowed. A report unveiled this month shows that the Hoosier State could generate as much as $2.1 billion over the first three years from legalized iGaming.
