BetConstruct unveils categories for 3.3 million FTN prize pool game awards

Industry

Online gaming and betting solutions provider BetConstruct has announced the nominations for the inaugural B.F.T.H. Arena Best FTN Game Awards. The categories include best online casino games, best Bahamut games, best DECA games, and best game design.

The company describes the awards as designed to honor and recognize innovation and excellence within the game development industry. Apart from the two recognizable categories, the addition of Best Bahamut Games and Best DECA Games brings unique value to the experience, the supplier said.

The key criterion for participation is to craft games that integrate one or more of the following brand motifs — Mr First, Akn eye, FTN, and Bahamut. The application period will run from September 1 to November 1. The shortlisted participants will be unveiled in mid-November, and the winners will be announced during the Harmony event on December 12-15.

Announcing the launch of the awards earlier this month, BetConstruct said the event offers game creators, designers, beginners, and seasoned professionals an opportunity to showcase their talents and compete for rewards that include a prize pool of 3,333,000 FTN. According to the company, more than 30 prominent game providers have already joined the B.F.T.H. Arena community.

Describing the categories, BetConstruct called Bahamut a next-generation blockchain platform” that incorporates a distinctive PoSA consensus mechanism and is underpinned by its native token, FTN. This platform facilitates the creation of applications, including casino games, by utilizing the capabilities of blockchain technology.

On the other hand, DECA (Decentralised Casino) signals BetConstruct’s commitment to blockchain gaming technology. This platform operates on a foundation of smart contracts, ensuring that all games are built upon this framework, guaranteeing complete transparency and verifiability at a 100% level.

The awards follow the London-based company’s recent initiatives aimed at enhancing and expanding its offerings. Last month, the company inked a strategic partnership with online slot games provider Platin Gaming, which aims to integrate its technology solutions with the latter’s portfolio of games to create “a seamless platform that offers a wide range of exciting gaming options.”
