Caesars Entertainment and long-time hospitality partner Nobu Hospitality have released renderings for Nobu Hotel and Nobu restaurant inside the soon-to-be Caesars New Orleans.

Nobu Hospitality is a luxury lifestyle brand founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper. Nobu Hotels and Restaurants blend modern luxury with minimalist Japanese tradition, “offering a lifestyle enriched with distinctive products, exceptional services and personalized experiences.”

The Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans will provide Nobu’s signature style “infused with a unique local New Orleans flair,” Caesars said in a statement. The New Orleans location marks the third hotel and fourth restaurant within the Caesars Entertainment portfolio.

Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans will be located within the new Caesars Tower at Caesars New Orleans. Spanning two floors, Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans will feature a dedicated reception desk and offer 54 exclusive guest rooms designed by Rockwell Group.

“Each room embodies the iconic and luxurious essence of Nobu, blending Japanese influences with modern elegance,” the hotel company asserts. The hotel is expected to open in the fall of 2024.

The Nobu restaurant at the hotel promises to offer “an intimate dining experience” with seating for nearly 175 guests. The menu reflects a variety of fresh fish and seafood in the form of nigiri and sashimi.

Signature dishes include Yellowtail Jalapeño, featuring delicately sliced yellowtail sashimi with touches of garlic puree, adorned with jalapeño slices, crowned with cilantro and served with Japanese citrus soy sauce,” Nobu described the menu.

Another highlight is the Black Cod Miso, prepared by marinating the fish in den miso sauce for two to three days to produce the iconic, sweet-savory flavor. Nobu restaurant is scheduled to open in late summer 2024.”

We’re in the home stretch of our transformation and adding both a Nobu Hotel and restaurant to our resort will further elevate the offerings our guests can expect at Caesars New Orleans,” said Samir Mowad, SVP and General Manager of Caesars New Orleans. “The Nobu brand is synonymous with luxury, which makes it a perfect pairing for Caesars, and we’re excited to introduce the Nobu lifestyle to the Big Easy.”

The multimillion-dollar transformation of Harrah’s New Orleans into Caesars New Orleans aims to offer “a newly designed destination for guests to enjoy right outside of the famous French Quarter.”

The reimagined luxury hotel and casino will feature extensive exterior and interior updates as well as the addition of a 340-room hotel tower, casino floor renovations and exciting new dining options. More details about Caesars New Orleans will be released at a later date, the company said.
