Jamul Casino Resort will mark the 10th anniversary of its original casino floor in October, a decade after the property officially opened in October 2016 in San Diego County.
The anniversary comes after a period of expansion that has extended the property beyond its initial gaming operations. Jamul added a boutique hotel tower in 2025, expanding its offering to include resort accommodations alongside gaming, restaurants, live entertainment and nightlife. The property has since received a AAA Four Diamond designation.
To commemorate the anniversary, the resort plans a month-long schedule of events, promotions, giveaways and guest activities throughout October. More than $1 million in cash, free play and prizes will be offered during the month, along with a “Taste of Jamul” passport program, anniversary-themed cocktails, limited-edition menu items and discounts on hotel rooms and spa bookings. The property also said additional anniversary activities and surprises are planned.
The milestone is also being used to recognize guests, employees, business partners and members of the surrounding community who have been involved with the property over the past decade.

The original casino opening in 2016 marked the start of the property’s development into a major hospitality and entertainment operation in San Diego County. Over the following decade, its portfolio expanded across gaming, dining, entertainment, nightlife and resort services.
