Temin Joguncic of Casino Baden-Baden in Germany won the European Dealer Championship 2026 following two days of competition. Robin Stepanek of Casino Stuttgart finished as runner-up, while Manon Martire of Casino de Monte-Carlo placed third.
In addition to the overall championship, participants competed in a series of dealer skill challenges.
The winners were:
- Best in Pushing Stacks: Christopher Elena, Monaco, Casino de Monte-Carlo
- Best in Cutting Chips: Christopher Elena, Monaco, Casino de Monte-Carlo
- Best Chipper: Temin Joguncic, Germany, Casino Baden-Baden
- Best Card Handler: Oskar Flodin, Finland, Casino Helsinki
- Best Mathematician: Miran Penzes, Cyprus, City of Dreams Mediterranean

Organized by the ECA, the European Dealer Championship was held at Casino Baden-Baden. The program brings together casino dealers from across Europe to compete in a range of professional disciplines.
The 2026 competition centered on American roulette and blackjack. Contestants were evaluated on hospitality, technical skills, and game control. Participants also took part in side events focused on chip handling, card handling and mathematical accuracy.
During the closing proceedings, Sandi Brataševec, President of the Management Board of Hit Group, formally accepted responsibility for hosting the European Dealer Championship 2027, which will take place in Nova Gorica, Slovenia.

According to Hit Group, hosting the European Dealer Championship 2027 represents recognition of the company’s role within the European land-based casino sector and its international presence.
