DATA.BET has signed an agreement with SportsDey under which the digital entertainment platform will use the supplier’s full iFrame sportsbook solution in Africa.
The deal gives SportsDey depth and flexibility to grow its offering in the region, and the operator will not need to build its own trading and risk infrastructure. SportsDey is already live with the product.
The iFrame sportsbook includes DATA.BET’s Managed Trading Services (MTS), which deliver odds on a 24/7 basis, together with Risk Management.
The Single Page Application offers high-level customization capabilities, so the operator can adapt visual elements to the requirements of its brand identity.
The service covers esports, classic sports and virtual sports. According to DATA.BET, its coverage extends to more than 100 disciplines, over 3,000 betting markets and 100,000 events per month, with market uptime of 90%+.
SportsDey also receives Bet Builder, a feature that allows users to combine multiple selections from a single match into one bet.
In addition, the package contains a set of Widgets that includes Pitch Tracker, Scoreboards, and Sports Widgets backed by Genius Sports. These tools bring live match data and visuals directly into the operator’s environment.
The agreement further gives SportsDey access to DATA.BET’s interactive engagement features. Hot Bundles lets players add pre-built combinations to their slip, while Bet Boost puts selected bets with higher odds in front of players. Picture-in-Picture, meanwhile, allows players to follow several matches at once.
“Working with SportsDey reflects our approach to expand our offering in the African market. We’re very excited about this opportunity, which includes our full solution from trading to the user-facing experience,” said Otto Bonning, head of sales at DATA.BET.
“We are excited to partner with DATA.BET and to explore the opportunities this collaboration creates for SportsDey and our growing community of sports fans. DATA.BET’s technology and expertise in sports data will complement our vision of delivering engaging and innovative sports experiences to our users. We look forward to building a strong and mutually beneficial partnership together,” said Ajimuda Timilehin, head of marketing at SportsDey / Halla Gaming Ltd.
