Detroit’s three casinos – MGM Grand Detroit, MotorCity Casino, and Hollywood Casino at Greektown –  reported $123.86 million in monthly aggregate revenue (AGR) for March 2024. Of the total, $122.26 million was generated from table games and slots, and $1.6 million from retail sports betting.

The figures show the casinos have posted their best March since 2019 and their best monthly gambling revenue numbers in over four years. March 2024 table games and slot revenue increased 3.8% from a year ago when compared to the same month in 2023. It was also up monthly, 16.7% higher than February 2024.

In comparison to March 2023, MGM experienced a 4.1% increase to clock $56.6 million, while MotorCity saw an increase of 7.2%, reaching $38.3 million. However, Hollywood Casino at Greektown recorded a 1.4% decrease, settling at $27.2 million.
