Gaming platform provider Exalogic has expanded its collaboration with Fast Track to bring agentic customer relationship management (CRM) workflows to licensed operators in Italy, with the technical integration and compliance alignment now complete.
More than 20 licensed Italian gaming brands operate on Exalogic’s technology, giving operators a path to deploy Fast Track’s AI-powered workflows while meeting the regulatory and operational requirements of the country’s regulated market.
The collaboration allows AI agents to work alongside operator teams, applying policies consistently, documenting decisions and identifying anomalies at an earlier stage. Several Italian operators are already live with the technology.
Through Fast Track AI, operators can interact with the platform using conversational prompts and delegate end-to-end CRM tasks to AI agents.
“Italy is one of the most sophisticated regulated markets in iGaming. Working with Fast Track lets our teams run agentic workflows without compromising on compliance or the specifics of the local market. This is how we scale sustainably in the years ahead,” Samuele Mantellini, Managing Partner at Exalogic, said.
Fast Track provides operators and platform providers in Italy with local-language expertise and knowledge of the market’s regulatory and operational requirements.
“We are pleased to be working in close collaboration with Exalogic to bring agentic workflows to the Italian market. Their team has been great to work with, and the rollout has been very successful on the operators already live,” Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fast Track, said.
The integration is designed to support scalable CRM automation while maintaining transparency and safeguards for operators, regulators and players.
