FanDuel & Bet365 Bid for New York Mobile Betting

With New York mobile betting closing in, the state has unveiled the names of the companies bidding for the sports betting licenses. Fanduel and Bet365 top the list, followed by other familiar names like Fox Bet, TheScore, and Kambi.

FanDuel submitted their bid with plans to offer products from BallyBet, BetMGM and even rival DraftKings. Bet365’s bids included only their own products. The big submitted by TheScore also included exclusively their own offerings.

Kambi submitted two applications, the first of which has a partnership with Fanatics Sportsbook and Penn National. Their second application offers partnerships with Caesars, Resorts World, WynnBet and others.

Only two bids will be selected, and they will be required to offer four different ‘skins’ for bettors in the state. They lucky providers will then have the privileged of forking over a $25 million license fee and paying up to 50% of their net revenue in taxes.
