In a strategic move to enhance its gaming testing capabilities, Gaming Labs International (GLI) Group has announced the acquisition of global laboratory iTech Global (iTech Labs). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

As part of the deal, iTech Labs will become a wholly owned subsidiary of GLI Australia, allowing for collaboration with GLI’s sales and back-office staff worldwide while maintaining its independent operations.

The acquisition enables iTech Labs to leverage GLI’s global network of testing laboratories and established relationships with regulators around the world, providing their clients with enhanced resources and support.

“We are pleased iTech will continue to be branded as iTech and will operate as they have over the past 19 years,” stated James R. Maida, GLI’s CEO.

While iTech Labs has achieved remarkable success over the years, we believe that this investment from the GLI Group will further propel our growth, ultimately benefiting our clients.”
