LeoVegas collaborates with Newcastle United FC’s stars for new employer branding film

Global iGaming operator LeoVegas Group has joined forces with football team Newcastle United FC to promote the creation of 50 jobs in the North East of England. The Newcastle-based company has chosen Newcastle United stars Dan Burn, Sean Longstaff and Paul Dummett to star in an employer branding film, as part of its efforts to expand its team.

Through this partnership established with Newcastle United FC, LeoVegas Group, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International, seeks to take advantage of the popularity of the soccer team’s players to reach out to the local community and showcase the scope of jobs available at the company.

The aim is to fill 50 new positions in the region at LeoVegas Group. In the film, the players highlight benefits offered, including a four-week “work from anywhere” program, health insurance, hybrid work options, exclusive discounts, training and development opportunities, and wellness support.

The promotional video was filmed at the club’s training ground at Darsley Park and features the players wearing their training uniforms. The one-minute video also highlights iconic landmarks in the city of Newcastle, including the Angel of the North.

To date, LeoVegas Group employs more than 120 people in Newcastle and more than 1,400 across Europe. The opening of 50 new positions in the North East represents the company’s biggest recruitment drive in the UK since its arrival in Newcastle in 2018.
