Aristocrat Interactive has completed the go-live of its iLottery platform with the Michigan Lottery. The official launch took place on July 17.
The launch, carried out under NeoGames US, LLP, opens a six-year agreement under which Aristocrat Interactive serves as the state program’s primary technology and services partner. Michigan Lottery will run on Aristocrat Interactive’s end-to-end iLottery ecosystem.
Four platforms make up the core stack: NeoSphere handles player account management, NeoDraw powers draw games, NeoCube delivers business intelligence for data analysis, and NeoEngage manages customer and data experience.
Responsible gaming safeguards are built across the suite, supporting both player engagement and day-to-day operations.
Aristocrat Interactive is also working with lottery technology firm Gambyt to build a new website and mobile application for Michigan players while NeoGames Studio will continue to supply the state with its eInstant and draw-based games catalog.
To support the program, Aristocrat Interactive opened an office in Lansing staffed by more than 60 digital and lottery specialists. The team will also work across the company’s other lottery accounts.
“The successful launch of our full iLottery solution in Michigan marks a significant milestone in our 12-year relationship with one of the most successful lotteries in the United States,” said Chris Shaban, Managing Director of Aristocrat Interactive iLottery.
“By deploying our latest technology and managed services, we are providing the Michigan Lottery with the tools to further their position as a trailblazer in iLottery,” Shaban added. “Our focus remains on delivering a seamless experience for players that prioritizes responsible gaming and drives incremental revenue to support public education across the state of Michigan.”
Michigan Lottery ranks among the top five US programs for iLottery gross sales per capita. Aristocrat Interactive’s ties to the lottery go back to 2014, when the two first partnered through a joint venture. The relationship now moves forward on an exclusive basis with Aristocrat Interactive, under a contract set to run through July 2032 and carrying an option for six additional one-year extensions.
