Zitro has renewed the ISO 9001:2015 certification for Zitro Laboratory at its Barcelona Technology Campus, a move the company said confirms its commitment to quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
The renewal followed an audit of Zitro’s Quality Management System. The review concluded that the system demonstrates a high level of operational maturity and that it is in full alignment with international best practices.
Zitro first obtained the certification in 2014, and it has kept the credential since then through ongoing work to maintain and improve its quality standards.
“We aim to ensure that our processes continue to meet the highest standards as we prepare for the challenges ahead and further integrate sustainability into our day-to-day operations,” the company stated.
The company now plans to obtain certification under the new ISO 9001:2026 standard, which gives greater weight to corporate sustainability.
Zitro has already started preparations for the new requirements so that it is in a position to meet them and to respond to the needs of a constantly evolving market.
