Bragg Gaming Group has announced that the inaugural slot from their new Atomic Lab Studio has been released into several European iGaming markets.

Egyptian Magic is the first of many titles the studio plans to release in North America and Europe. This and all future releases will be done over Bragg’s ORYX Hub distribution platform.

Flexing the new studio’s muscles to craft games with the most potential appeal to specific markets, the game will see two versions – one for each side of the Atlantic.

European gamblers are more drawn to higher-risk games with volatility being one of the things that excite and engage them most. Europe will see a 25-line version of the game with medium hit frequency and higher volatility.

Different Strokes for Different Folks

Players in North American regulated online markets will find another version of the game altogether, one that caters to American desires for increased hit frequency and lower overall volatility resulting in longer playtime. With 50 lines rather than 25, North American players will have the perception of a more active game, even though the more frequent wins will be smaller in size than those generated by the 25-line European version of the same game.

The US version is expected to roll out later this year with instant cash wins as well as Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand jackpots.

Atomic Slot Lab is headed up by industry veteran and founder of Wild Streak Gaming, Doug Fallon, Bragg’s Group Director of Content.

Doug Fallon said of the game: “Our first title, Egyptian Magic, from our newest game development studio, Atomic Slot Lab, demonstrates our strategic focus on developing high-quality content that is customized to meet the engaging entertainment features players in various iGaming markets favor. Through years of experience, we have learned what content players want and have tailored our math, features, and themes to the preferences in specific markets.

Atomic Slot Lab will draw on our knowledge of the U.S. market and coupled with Bragg’s experience in Europe, we will focus on delivering the highest quality online games to slot players globally. We are very excited to release Egyptian Magic, which was developed to appeal to a wide demographic of players as we introduce our online casino content on both sides of the Atlantic.”

The Best of All Worlds

Fallon plans to draw feature mechanics and themes from America’s best-loved casino floor games and meld them with localized trend satisfying elements and popular online slot mechanics to create niche games with wide appeal.

According to a press release from the company, “A brand-new generation of online casino games can be expected from Atomic Slot Lab, carefully calibrated to the specific tastes of online slot players in localized markets around the world but powered by pure Las Vegas energy.”

In addition to Wild Streak and the nascent Atomic Labs, Braggs also announced its intention to acquire Nevada-based Spin Games in May 2021. Spin Games is an accomplished B2B gaming technology and content provider with existing customers in the U.S. market. Spin Games holds licenses in important regulated U.S. states with online casinos and supplies, Tier-1 operators, in the North American market.

Atomic Games is based in Las Vegas.
