Caesars Atlantic City to Open New Beachfront Bar on June 19

Following a series of extensive renovations, Caesars Atlantic City will soon feature a beachfront amenity, as the casino resort announced it will open its Caesars Beach Club on June 19.

Caesars Beach Club Announced Opening Date of New Beach Club

According to the casino’s official website, Caesars Beach Club is a sophisticated oceanfront retreat that brings a new standard of resort-style luxury to the shoreline. Inspired by the iconic beachfront destinations shaping East Coast summers, it aims to seamlessly combine curated music, elevated dining and cocktails, and attentive service in a breathtaking seaside setting crafted for both relaxation and celebration.

The opening of the venue’s new extension has been something highly anticipated for veteran patrons of the casino resort and comes at the tail end of a broader $200 million renovation project that started a couple of years ago. Interestingly, Caesars Atlantic City has been operating without a beachfront amenity since its opening back in 1979.

Until now, Caesars Atlantic City operated without a dedicated beachfront venue, instead relying on its ocean-view rooftop pool deck as the resort’s primary sunbathing destination. Historically, the property also did not provide beach chair rentals or complimentary seating on the sand, choosing instead to allow independent beach vendors to offer those services directly to guests.

What Will the New Amenity Offer?

Caesars Beach Club will offer sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean paired with a lively open-air atmosphere. Guests will be able to enjoy a full-service rooftop bar and deck, along with live entertainment and a variety of premium seating options, including chaise lounges, daybeds, relaxed lounge dining areas, and private VIP cabanas. The club will also feature a “fresh take” on coastal classics, with menu highlights including Jersey dayboat scallops, lobster rolls, tuna steak sandwiches, grilled Margherita pizza, and caprese skewers.

Caesars Beach Club will be open daily from 10 am to 9 pm, with extended hours until midnight on weekends. By day, the Beach Club will serve as a laid-back escape from the casino, offering guests a relaxed setting to unwind in the sun. As evening approaches, it will transition into a lively coastal destination, with DJs bringing vibrant nighttime energy and an elevated social atmosphere.

The casino resort hopes that the new Beach Club would help it secure a more stable financial position by attracting new visitors. Last year, Caesars Atlantic City recorded $203.8 million in gross gaming revenue. The resort reported an operating profit of $31.2 million for the year, placing it sixth out of nine Atlantic City casinos and last among the three properties operated by Caesars Entertainment.

Perhaps these relative financial struggles are part of the reason why last month, Caesars Entertainment agreed to be acquired by billionaire Tilman Fertitta for a whopping $17.6 billion.
