Endorphina has just released a simple masterpiece of an online slot in Cyber Wolf. The game combines elements of several other ‘adventure’ slots borrowing from the theme of the wild and dominant wolf and adds to them with an intense soundscape, world-class visuals, and special feature mechanics.

The main and only character, the Wolf, is no ordinary wilderness-hardened animal. In one view its cyborg-like right eye glows, indicating something more is going on in its head than simply hunting, mating, and surviving. It’s not hard to imagine that its interaction with man in the past has resulted in a being with emotions, personality, and thoughts that go beyond nature.

The game will add to the slot developer’s mystique at ICE, running April 12, 13, and 14, lending imagery and contributing to the studio’s theme at the annual industry trade show and player event in London.

Classic and Futuristic Forging

Endorphina CEO, Jan Urbanec had this to say: “Our team managed to forge a unique theme, combining classic and futuristic aspects that are instantly recognizable by the players. At the same time, this new slot offers innovation and a cool twist. The excitement and potential in Cyber Wolf are amazing. We believe in our Cyber Wolf, so you can bet that our stand at ICE will be fully themed with this spectacular release!

The five-by-three reel set with ten fixed payline is backdropped on the edge of a winter’s woods approaching a large city. The familiar silhouette of the canid howling at the moon is a scatter symbol and a paw print is a wild substitute. Wild symbols can appear stacked to cover one, two, or all three reel positions on the three central reels. Scatters appear on all five reels.

The highest paying symbol is a full-frontal facial portrait of the wolf with one creepy glowing eye.

Anticipation is built well by electrifying the border of the reels when two scatters have stopped on the screen and brilliant but simple animation will draw you in when the reels have stopped if you collect 3 or more scatters.

Powerful Imagery Adds to the Mechanics

The backdrop animates and changes to power-laden moonstruck clouds when scatters trigger the feature. It’s as if the full moon is directly behind the reel set, giving the entire game screen a sort of sinister glow.

At the beginning of the bonus feature, a horizontal reel will appear on the screen and cycle through the game symbols – the one it stops on will be wild for the duration of your 8 Free Games. A smaller display of every game symbol is then placed above the free spins reels and each symbol has several cells around it. They don’t all have the same number of cells, which need to be filled to turn that particular symbol wild for a single spin as well.

Special lightning bolt symbols can be added to any reel position on the screen and each will fill a cell in that symbol’s meter above. Once the meter is full, that symbol becomes wild for the next spin as well. STacked symbols still appear on reels 2, 3, and 4, and the special wild that was chosen at the beginning of the feature remains in play throughout the bonus game.

Every time an accumulator is activated one additional free spin is added to the feature. Additional scatter sets can also add games eight at a time.

Standard Endorphina features such as a gamble game with up to 10 doublings and Bonus Pop (buy bonus) are provided. All 10 pay lines are fixed in place with coin values ranging from $0.10 to $10.00 each for a minimum bet of $1.00 and a max bet of $100.00 per spin.
