American music legend Lionel Richie is returning to Sin City with new performances at Wynn Las Vegas. The singer is set to perform at the property on six dates this autumn, allowing fans to once again experience his music live.
“Las Vegas, I’m Coming Back!”
Last month, Richie had to abruptly halt a show in Minnesota after feeling dizzy. He emphasized that people who are not feeling well should “sit their asses down” and has since been on a short hiatus.
After consulting the matter with a medical professional, Richie was told to rest. This caused shows in Chicago and Columbus to be postponed, to the dismay of Richie’s passionate audience. He returned to performing shortly, joking that the past 24 alone had had him experience a barrage of advice from his worried friends.
In any case, the singer seems to be on track to making an explosive return to Nevada with performances at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas.
According to the announcement, Richie will perform at the casino hotel on the following dates:

- October 17, 2026
- November 11, 2026
- November 13, 2026
- November 14, 2026
In his official announcement on Facebook, Richie confirmed that his fan club members will get first access to pre-sale tickets via the Lionel Richie Fan Club on Facebook. Pre-sale begins July 29.
In addition to Las Vegas, Richie is also set to perform at a variety of states, including Texas, Colorado, Washington, California, Arizona, Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio. In December, he will also visit Brazil for a performance at Nubank Parque in São Paulo.
A Wynn Las Vegas Visitor Passed Away Due to Overdose
In other Wynn Las Vegas-related news, an Indian national recently passed away after taking a fentanyl overdose at the property. The man was identified as Anunya Sood who was visiting Sin City alongside his fiancée and a friend. All three had lost consciousness due to drugs sold to them by a local dealer.
The drug dealer was identified as Thamrong Hill and has since been indicted for his role in Sood’s death.
