RSI Posts Record-Breaking Q2 Financial Results

US gaming and betting powerhouse Rush Street Interactive has published its Q2 results, highlighting some impressive quarterly performance. The company used the opportunity to raise its full-year revenue and EBITDA guidance.

Q2 Was a Period of Strength

In its report, RSI announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue of $393.8 million. In addition to marking a double-digit increase of some 46%, this figure sets a new quarterly record. For comparison, the company’s revenue for Q2 2025 was $269.2 million.

Net income for the period was $29.3 million, which is another record-breaking figure. Adjusted EBITDA likewise reached a new all-time high, reaching $64.6 million, up 61% year-on-year.

Additional metrics show that RSI’s adjusted sales and marketing expenses for the period were $48.6 million, equivalent to 12.3% of the revenue.

Monthly active users for the quarter totaled 949,000 up 58% year-on-year. In North America, there were 296,000 monthly active users who bet an average of $320 per person. In Latin America, RSI recorded 653,000 monthly active users who bet an average of $55 per person.

The Company Raised Its Forecasts

As a result of its record-breaking performance, RSI raised its revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance for FY 2026. Per its report, the company now expects full-year revenue in the $1.56-1.6 billion range, representing YOY growth of 38-41%.

In terms of adjusted EBITDA for 2026, RSI is now expecting a figure in the $245-265 million range, marking YOY growth of 59-72%.

The company emphasized that these optimistic forecasts reflect its confidence in the strength of its business.

CEO Schwartz Was Very Pleased

Richard Schwartz, RSI’s CEO, commented on the report, saying that his team is very pleased to see another quarter of double-digit growth and record-breaking performance. He was also pleased with the player growth in the Americas and added that he is looking forward to seeing how RSI performs in Alberta where it just launched.
