Borgata Online Slots Player Turns $4 Into $1.03 Million Progressive Jackpot

Imagine playing slots at your favorite online casino and triggering the progressive jackpot from the comfort of your own home. That’s exactly what happened to one Borgata Online player last month when a $4 spin ballooned into a $1,034,194 jackpot, turning the player into an instant millionaire.

Borgata Online relaunched in July 2026 in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and the changes have proved popular. The online casino now offers more than 4,500 slots, 500 jackpot titles, 200 table games, and 70 live dealer offerings.

According to reports, Borgata Online is enjoying 28% more average daily players since its relaunch than before. Seeing players become millionaires for the price of a coffee should help further boost those numbers.

Borgata Online Is Delighted at the Huge Jackpot

“Moments like this are exactly why players choose Borgata Online,” said Oliver Bartlett, Senior Vice-President of Gaming at BetMGM. “It’s an incredible win. Since relaunching Borgata Online in July, we’ve focused on delivering more value through exclusive games, enhanced rewards, and bigger jackpot opportunities, and this win is a powerful example.”

One of those exclusive games is The Traitors, based on the cult reality television program bearing the same name. However, the jackpot was hit on the Quantum Crown MegaJackpots machine.

Quantum Crown MegaJackpots: Poor RTP But Great Potential

Quantum Crown MegaJackpots is a progressive jackpot slot by industry giant IGT. It features a 5×3 layout, has 30 betways, and allows bets as little as $0.40 and as much as $400 per spin. The lucky jackpot winner was playing $4 spins.

As is often the case with jackpot slots, the Quantum Crown MegaJackpots variance is high, while its Return To Player (RTP) is a meager 89%. While the RTP is disappointing at best, the fact that it is possible to trigger progressive jackpots of over $1 million will likely keep players coming back for more. The most recent jackpot was worth more than 258,000 times the initial stake, which is impressive.

Although a $1.03 million jackpot is not to be sniffed at, three years ago, a Borgata Online player won a staggering $3 million from a $2 spin on Bison Fury.
