Diamond Poker Series Tallinn

The Diamond Poker Series made its third stop of the 2026 season at Olympic Park Casino in Tallinn, with OlyBet Poker powering eight days of Pot-Limit Omaha action from September 15-22.

The series attracted 61 players from 22 countries, generating 306 entries and €1,644,310 in prize money across the schedule, with Latvia’s Ralfs Blumbergs the standout performer of the week.

Blumbergs took down the €5,200 5K Million for €123,100 before finishing runner-up in the €10,400 10K Championship for another €97,800, expertly navigating two of the biggest fields of the entire festival.

Meanwhile, Italian star Youness Barakat also enjoyed a standout series, finishing runner-up to Blumbergs in the 5K Million before closing out the festival by winning the €15,300 Highroller – Quatro Bounty on the final day.

Finally, Germany’s Jonas Kronwitter, who is perhaps poker’s next PLO star, leaves Tallinn at the top of the season leaderboard with 117,110 points, ahead of Nino Junior Pansier and Gergo Nagy with plenty still to play for!

Blumbergs Stars in Tallinn With 5K Million Victory

Ralfs Blumbergs

Blumbergs was the man to beat in Tallinn, and he wasted little time proving it.

The Latvian battled through a 106-entry field in the €5,200 5K Million, with four days of action and two starting flights eventually producing a final table on September 20. Blumbergs came out on top to claim the €123,100 first prize, beating Italy’s Barakat heads-up and adding another huge PLO score after his recent victory at EPT Barcelona.

It would prove to be the first half of a remarkable week for Blumbergs. He would go on to finish runner-up in the €10,400 10K Championship for another €97,800, meaning his two biggest results in Tallinn alone were worth more than €220,000.

Barakat’s €76,600 runner-up finish was also a sign of things to come, with the Italian later closing out the series by winning the Highroller – Quatro Bounty. Latvia’s Vladislavs Petrovs completed the 5K Million podium.
