Three years ago, Lithuania’s Grantas Naujokas finished 64th in the €1,100 Kings of Tallinn Main Event and collected a career-best €2,200. According to the Hendon Mob Database, Naujokas hadn’t cashed in a live tournament since.
Naujakos’ decision to return to the felt for the €1,100 Kings of Tallinn Autumn Edition Main Event turned out to be one of the best he’s ever made because he outlasted 606 opponents and netted €104,310 of the €564,510 prize pool.
It wasn’t only Naujakos who helped himself to a new high score because all but one finalist took home their largest-ever prize.
