Winamax Poker Open Aix-les-Bains 2026: Full Schedule

Winamax

The Winamax Poker Open is packing its bags for Aix-les-Bains, where six days of 6-max poker and the usual dose of Winamax madness await from September 22-27.

Winamax Poker Open Aix-les-Bains takes over the Casino Grand Cercle, with the €500 WPO Main Event at the heart of a schedule.

There is plenty more on offer away from the Main Event, with Mystery Bounties, knockout tournaments, a €1,000 High Roller and a string of nightly Sprint events all making the schedule.

And this is a Winamax festival, after all. Poker is only part of the attraction. The tables will be surrounded by six days of games, parties and competitions, including the return of some familiar Winamax favourites.

The €500 WPO Main Event gets underway at noon on Wednesday, September 23, with four starting flights spread across the following three days.

Players begin with a 50,000 starting stack, while late registration remains available for 13 levels. Day 1D on Friday evening provides a final turbo opportunity to make it through before survivors combine for Day 2 at noon on Saturday. The champion will then be crowned on Sunday, September 27.

Those looking for a bigger buy-in can jump into the €1,000 High Roller, which begins at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Other highlights include the €750 Battle Royale, €400 Gladiator Bounty and €300 MonsterStack.

The festival actually gets going a day before the Main Event, with the €250 OPENER Mystery on Tuesday, September 22.

One Last Chance to Qualify Online

There is still time to win your way into the WPO before heading to Aix-les-Bains.

The final online satellite takes place on Sunday, September 6, with a €50 qualifier getting underway at 9:15 p.m. and at least one seat guaranteed.

That gives players one last opportunity to secure their Main Event entry online before attention switches to the live tables later in the month.

Poker by Day, Winamax Madness by Night

Anyone who has been to a Winamax festival before will know that finishing a poker session doesn’t necessarily mean calling it a night.

The off-table program begins with The Big Quiz at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, featuring blind tests, challenges and suitably ridiculous questions.

Wednesday brings the Marble Race, with players picking their marble before watching it tackle a life-sized course. Things get slightly more competitive on Thursday with the Beer Pong Open at 8 p.m., before the Darts Open takes over at the same time on Friday.

Saturday night’s headline activity is Bongo Loco at 9 p.m., Winamax’s own spin on bingo, complete with prizes and the sort of chaos that has become part of the furniture at its live festivals.

And there is one event that doesn’t need a particular date. The Midnight Déglingos return every night at midnight. Ten players, one chip each and a rapid-fire PLO all-in showdown provide one final chance to gamble before calling it a night.

The fun program sits alongside cash games, an early Christmas market and more surprises throughout the week.

With poker tournaments and off-table activities running throughout the festival, players can keep everything in one place through the Winamax Live app.

The app includes the full Fun Program alongside activity registration times and locations, while players can also follow live coverage, chip counts and tournament clocks from their phones.

The app is available on both Google Play and the App Store ahead of the WPO Aix-les-Bains kicking off on September 22.
