WSOP Champ Lucas Jumalon is Poker Royalty’s Newest Ambassador

Fresh off his $10 million victory in the 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) $10,000 Main Event, Lucas Jumalon has signed on as an ambassador for Poker Royalty.

Earlier this week, the 22-year-old recent Grand Canyon University graduate from Washington went wire-to-wire at the Main Event final table to win his first bracelet and $10 million. And now, Jumalon is already taking steps to be a visible and active ambassador for the game as he joins a roster that includes Daniel Negreanu and Phil Hellmuth.

“A Real Ambassador for This Game”

Jumalon was full of gratitude after become poker’s latest world champion.

“I love this game so much and it’s given me so much and given me so many great people,” he told PokerNews. “I just can’t be more thankful.”

And while some Main Event champions take the winnings and run, Jumalon, in signing with Poker Royalty, has shown that he is here to stay. Since the Poker Boom, Poker Royalty has helped poker players land sponsorship deals and ambassadorships with various poker brands.

“It’s a pure feeling of euphoria,” Jumalon said in a press release. “My goal now is to be a real ambassador for this game — someone who brings new people to the table and makes poker look as good as it felt to win. Poker Royalty has done that for the biggest names in the sport for over twenty years, and I can’t think of a better team to help me get there.”

“Lucas put on a performance that the poker world won’t forget,” said Poker Royalty CEO Brian Balsbaugh. “Wire-to-wire chip leader, 9,208 entrants, $10 million — at 22 years old. We’re honored to be in his corner as he steps into everything that comes next.”

The press release states that the Las Vegas-based Poker Royalty will represent Jumalon “across sponsorships, endorsements, appearances, licensing and strategic brand partnerships as he enters the global spotlight as poker’s reigning world champion.”

Jumalon isn’t the only rising poker star to join the Poker Royalty roster. Former daily king Jeremy Becker also serves as an ambassador, while others on the roster include Alex Foxen, Kristen Foxen, Josh Arieh and David Williams.
