SOFTSWISS’ Tech Race Summit to stream technology sessions worldwide

SOFTSWISS will host its Tech Race Summit on September 10, bringing together more than 40 speakers from the iGaming and wider technology sectors, with selected sessions to be streamed live to an international audience.

The one-day event, organised by SOFTSWISS, will take place in Warsaw across three stages: the Vision Track, Experiment Track and Solution Track. While the in-person event has sold out, professionals will be able to access selected sessions online and view recordings for 14 days after the summit.

The programme will examine technology developments affecting iGaming businesses, including artificial intelligence, infrastructure, security, real-time data and changing user behaviour.

Dmitry Starostenkov, CEO of Evenbeter, will discuss the micro-attention economy and the impact of changing user behaviour on digital products. Igor Borzunov, CTO of Maincard, will outline how his team built an autonomous AI Ops agent and reduced incident reaction time to 30 seconds.

A panel on entertainment and gamification will feature experts from Hub88, SOFTSWISS, The Playa, FinteqHub and TrueLabel, while BGaming will discuss its experience of developing an AI fraud detection system in three months.

The summit will also feature speakers from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Gcore, Fastly and ScyllaDB, who will discuss production AI, infrastructure, security, real-time data and internet infrastructure.

Representatives from Tesla, Ex-Shazam and Google will also share perspectives on teams, technology developments, marketing and engineering.

Sergey Kastsukevich, CTO at SOFTSWISS, said: “Technology knowledge should not stay within one company, one sector, or one conference room. The problems we are solving in iGaming – high loads, real-time systems, security, AI, and the need to move fast without compromising reliability – are shared by technology teams worldwide.

“Tech Race brings those people into one conversation. And with online access, that conversation can reach far beyond Warsaw.

SOFTSWISS created the Tech Race Summit to address what it described as a gap in an event calendar traditionally focused on business development, regulation and market growth.

According to the company, as iGaming technology becomes more complex, greater attention is needed on the engineering decisions underpinning the sector.

Online tickets for the summit, including access to recordings for 14 days after the event, are available on the event’s website.
