Infingame introduces cross-provider jackpot tool with shared prize pools

iGaming aggregator Infingame has launched Jackpot Chance, a self-funded jackpot tool designed to connect casino content from multiple game providers through shared prize pools. The new addition seeks to give operators another way to drive player engagement, retention, and gross gaming revenue (GGR).

The tool operates above the base-game layer, allowing players to place optional side bets alongside regular rounds. These contributions fund the jackpot pool, eliminating the need for operator-funded prizes. The solution supports both local and network jackpot configurations.

Players can choose between three contribution levels — 1x, 2x, and 10x — with higher contributions increasing their chances of winning across four jackpot tiers: Grand, Major, Minor, and Mini. Players can change their selected level during gameplay.

A heads-up display above the reels shows the live Grand jackpot and allows players to opt in or adjust their contribution level. Participation rules are also available directly through the interface.

Early operator data indicates that Jackpot Chance can account for a notable share of casino activity. Across client campaigns, average jackpot participation reached 25% of casino bets, while 68% of players who joined in the first month remained opted in and active by month eight. The tool accounted for 4% to 8% of operator GGR in observed campaigns.

In one month of live campaign performance, 49% of players opted in, jackpot rounds represented 16% of all casino bets, and jackpot side bets generated an additional 6.76% in GGR. The data indicated that the increase was incremental rather than coming at the expense of base-game revenue.

Another campaign showed that 73% of opted-in players returned in the second month, highlighting the potential role of jackpots in sustaining engagement beyond the initial participation period.

Unlike provider-specific jackpots, which restrict contributions to eligible games from a particular supplier, Jackpot Chance can connect players across different providers to a shared pool. This allows contributions to accumulate across participating content and lets players move between eligible titles while remaining within the same jackpot experience.

Operators can configure the tool before launch and adjust its settings afterward. Available parameters include return to player (RTP), contribution settings, eligibility rules, jackpot tiers and whether a campaign operates locally or across a network.

With Jackpot Chance, Infingame is extending its aggregation infrastructure beyond access to multiple suppliers, linking games through a shared engagement feature across casino content.
