More than 3,000 entries are expected for the CNP Winamax Grand Final Main Event in Madrid this November, and with that many players heading to the tables, a little forward planning could save you a lot of time standing in queues.
The festival runs from November 12-23 at Casino Gran Madrid Torrelodones, where organisers are preparing for what could be the biggest Grand Final in the Spanish circuit’s 15-year history.
Last year’s €550 Main Event attracted a record 2,684 entries, but CNP Winamax has its sights set even higher this time around. More than 1,200 tickets have already been awarded through LAROUSH LIVE promotions, with further qualifiers coming through Winamax’s online satellites.
With such a large turnout anticipated, organisers have put considerable effort into making sure players spend more time at the tables and less time waiting around.

How to Avoid the Queues in Madrid

One of the biggest messages from CNP Winamax ahead of the Grand Final is simple: don’t leave your registration until the last minute.
There are three ways for players to secure their tournament entries before sitting down:
- LAROUSH LIVE App: Players can use the official app to streamline their tournament registration.
- Online registration: Tickets can be purchased through the Casino Gran Madrid website up to 24 hours before a tournament begins.
- At the casino: Players can purchase tickets for any scheduled tournament from the opening day of the festival, even if the event doesn’t start until several days later.

More Space for Thousands of Players
The €550 CNP Winamax Main Event gets underway on November 18, with six starting flights giving players plenty of opportunities to get involved. These include a €300 Low Cost flight on November 19 and a faster-paced Day 1F on November 21.
To help manage the expected crowds, Day 2 will be split into two sessions on November 21, before the field comes together for Day 3 on November 22. The champion will be crowned the following day.

Organisers are preparing 126 tables across three areas of Casino Gran Madrid Torrelodones, with the 76-table French Room handling much of the action.
The Poker Room will host the televised feature table, while Mandalay Gardens will provide another 35 tables from November 19. A dedicated Player Lounge will also be available.
