Casino Guru has launched Automatic Safety Index Reports, enabling casino operators to receive scheduled updates on their Safety Index scores and recommendations to improve their ratings.
The feature is available to registered casino representatives with assigned casino portfolios. Once their accounts are set up, operators can configure reports through the platform’s Report Settings section.
Reports can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Operators can also choose to receive reports whenever their casino’s Safety Index changes by a specified amount.
Each report is automatically sent as a PDF to the representative’s registered email address. Operators managing multiple casino brands receive separate reports for each brand.
“Automatic delivery gives casinos a clearer and more consistent view of how their brands are performing,” said Martin Dolný, Training & Development Specialist at Casino Guru. “Instead of requesting updates individually, our partners can now regularly receive detailed information about what drags their Safety Index down and take immediate steps to improve it.”
The reports analyse factors affecting casino safety ratings, including unresolved player complaints, problematic terms and conditions, restrictions, and other practices that may impact player safety.
Each issue is accompanied by explanations and recommendations based on Casino Guru’s Fair Gambling Codex to help operators improve their Safety Index scores and rankings on the platform.
According to Casino Guru, more than 700 casinos have already updated their terms and conditions and improved their safety ratings using these recommendations.
The company said the launch is part of its broader effort to improve transparency and strengthen collaboration with partners as its network expands. Casino Guru currently has around 6,000 casino representative accounts.
Casino Guru added that it plans to further develop the feature based on partner feedback, including the potential introduction of instant report generation.
“We wanted to establish an ongoing feedback loop that helps operators track their progress over time,” said Dolný. “These reports make collaboration between our partners and us more focused and efficient.”
