Fast Track secures fifth straight Great Place to Work certification in its tenth year

Fast Track has secured its fifth straight Great Place to Work certification in Malta, Sweden and Spain during the year of its tenth anniversary.

Fast Track employs around 170 people. Every employee has completed the Great Place to Work survey in each of the five years, and this year staff again finished it within two weeks.

“Our culture is our strongest asset, and it is what allows us to adapt, innovate and drive change at the pace we do. This year, we rebuilt the way we work around AI, with our teams driving that transformation themselves. To be recognised once again as a world-class employer is something we are incredibly proud of, and we will keep nurturing and evolving our culture to ensure Fast Track remains one,” said Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track.

Great Place to Work grants its certification based entirely on employee feedback. The organization has surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide since 1992, and Fast Track describes the certification as one of the most credible forms of workplace recognition globally.

The Trust Index assesses how employees rate credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie within their organization. An 89% score places Fast Track in the Great Place to Work ranks among world-class employers in the IT, Software and Solutions sector.

“Fast Track has always been strongest in the relational areas: people feel they can be themselves, are treated fairly and can approach their managers,” said Jenny Arnell, Chief People and Culture Officer at Fast Track

“This year, 96% also said that we adapt quickly when change is needed. This is particularly meaningful in a year when we fundamentally changed how we work with AI. That is why our fifth certification matters: it reflects that, despite significant change, our people continued to experience Fast Track as a great place to work,” Arnell added.

“Maintaining certification across five consecutive years, in three separate locations, takes sustained effort. What stands out this year is that Fast Track did it while redesigning how people work around AI. That kind of change usually unsettles a workforce and pulls scores down,” said Linda Löfman, Senior Consultant at Great Place to Work.

“Fast Track’s consistency, and the fact that every employee took part again this year, shows a culture that people believe in and leaders who keep listening,” Löfman said.

A decade since the Malta founding

Fast Track was founded in Malta in February 2016. In August 2026, the company celebrated its tenth anniversary with all employees at its Growth Summit in Gozo.

The company launched its real-time CRM for the iGaming industry in 2018. Three years later, in 2021, it introduced the Singularity model for one-to-one personalization.

AI-driven gamification through Rewards followed in 2024, and Fast Track AI, which the company describes as iGaming’s first natural language platform for CRM, arrived in 2025. In 2026, Fast Track introduced fully agentic workflows.

Greco, a gameplay risk engine founded as a joint venture in 2021, became a core Fast Track product in January 2026.
