Harrah’s Oklahoma is expanding its dining offerings after its first 100 days of operations, opening Arrow & Ember to guests of all ages and introducing new weekly food specials from July 24.
The move allows families to dine at Arrow & Ember, providing another dining option along Oklahoma’s historic Route 66. Guests younger than 21 will be permitted to access the restaurant’s designated dining area but will not be allowed on the gaming floor.
“Throughout our first 100 days, we have listened closely to our guests and learned more about what they want from Harrah’s Oklahoma,” said Joe Scibetta, SVP and GM of Harrah’s Oklahoma.
“Opening Arrow & Ember to guests of all ages allows more families and travelers to experience the hospitality, service, and dining that set Harrah’s Oklahoma apart. It is an important next step as we continue building a destination that serves Chandler, the surrounding communities, and visitors traveling Route 66.”
Harrah’s Oklahoma, the first casino in Oklahoma to be managed by Caesars Entertainment, opened on 9 April through a partnership with the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma. The property includes more than 1,000 slot machines, 12 table games, a high-limit gaming area, and a range of dining and beverage outlets.
“Great food does not have to be complicated or reserved only for special occasions,” said Thomas Liljestrom-Abele, Executive Chef at Harrah’s Oklahoma. “Our guests have told us they want familiar, satisfying meals at a strong value, and these new specials deliver exactly that.”
Liljestrom-Abele confirmed the menu includes dishes such as fried chicken, meatloaf, and prime rib. “We are serving dishes people know and love while bringing the quality and care they expect from Arrow & Ember,” he said.
The casino also plans further expansion, with additional announcements expected before the end of 2026, including expanded table games and the groundbreaking of a future hotel.
