ReferOn has rolled out a native Audit Logs feature designed to give operators a centralized record of administrative activity across their affiliate management platform.
The feature is now available as a standard platform-wide update for existing and new clients, providing a searchable ledger of system activity, including changes to commission structures, reward plans, and payment methods.
Administrators can filter activity across more than 130 system-defined actions, HTTP request methods, managers, and affiliates. A dedicated setup panel also allows users to narrow searches using identifiers such as Partner, Company, Media item, Affiliate group, Marketing source, Fixed fee and Payment IDs.
Each log entry provides detailed information including the event creation and logging timestamps, the username, User ID, and active Session ID associated with the action. The system also records request and geographical context, including the network route, URL, IP address and city.
Administrators can inspect raw JSON data payloads to review structural changes and export filtered logs as CSV files for external audits.
According to the company, the feature is designed to help operators trace administrative actions, resolve partner disputes, support compliance reviews and maintain data integrity across multiple brands.
